1. In order for our cleaners to have adequate time to prepare and clean for your stay, our house rules do not allow early check in or late check outs. Please plan your travel accordingly. 2. Please take off your outdoor shoes at the entrance. 3. Please leave the used bed linens and towels on the floor when you leave. That helps our cleaners know what has been used and also is eco-friendly. 3. Please understand there is no smoking inside or outside of the apartment, including smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, marijuana. If there is evidence of these activities, the guest will be charged a deep cleaning fee and will have a negative review from the host. 4. Window blinds are for guest privacy; please use them gently -- they can break easily. 5. If there is a need or a complaint, please let the owners know directly and in a timely manner.
