Monthly Rental Basement Apt | Laundry & Workspace

We prefer if you take off your outdoor shoes in the apartment. Please understand that the utility room is located in the basement; if the owner needs to access it, they will notify you in advance, unless there is an emergency need to access this. The owner will make all attempts to preserve the guests' privacy. Please understand that since this is a basement apartment, the owners will make all efforts not to disturb the guests with normal household activities and the owners hope that the guests will as well. No smoking inside or outside of the apartment, including smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, marijuana. If there is evidence of these activities, the guest will be charged a deep cleaning fee and will have a negative review from the host. Additionally, we do not permit any Airbnb Services or Experiences of any kind at this property. This includes third-party bookings made through the Airbnb Experiences platform. Any guest who attempts to host or bring an Airbnb-related Service or Experience onto the premises without our prior written approval will have their reservation cancelled immediately, with no refund issued.

You will have access to the entire basement unit, except for the utility room. The owners will notify guests if they need access. Easily access the unit at check-in time with convenient self check-in at your private entrance.
